VRI Solutions was founded out of a specific frustration with how the outsourcing industry operated. The model most vendors followed — large bench, high attrition, junior engineers billed as mid-level or senior — was producing entirely predictable results: delayed timelines, eroding code quality, and clients spending more energy managing the vendor than building their product.
We built VRI Solutions to operate differently. A focused, senior-weighted practice where every engagement is scoped with care, staffed to the work rather than to margin, and measured by delivery outcomes rather than hours logged. Ten years and 380+ projects later, that foundation holds. Most of our clients are still with us from their first engagement. That kind of continuity does not happen by accident. It happens when the incentives of the vendor are genuinely aligned with the success of the client.

Our leadership team brings a combined 80+ years of experience across software engineering, quality assurance, cloud infrastructure, product design, and technology consulting. They are not administrators who manage from a distance. Most of them are still actively engaged with client projects — reviewing architecture decisions, sitting in on sprint reviews, and staying close to the work.
